我們是一群和你一樣移居英國的香港註冊社會工作者，加入了「英國心泉」成為義工負責家長支援的工作，希望能盡綿力陪伴移英的家長，大家一起探索協助子女適應英國生活的方法，讓家長與孩子並肩同行闖過難關。
We too are new migrants from Hong Kong. With our training as social workers, therapists and psychologists, we have joined Hong Kong Well UK to help children and parents in the challenging new chapter.
我們的服務 Our services:
1. 諮詢服務 Advisory Services
具香港社工訓練之個案管理員會提供下列服務 You will speak to case officers who had social work training from Hong Kong. They will：
- 提供本地情緒支援及服務之資訊 Provide information on local emotional health support services;
- 講解向學校情緒支援求助之步驟和注意事項 A step by step guide and tips on how to reach out for help with schools
- 轉介心泉的情緒健康初步評估服務 Refer the child to HK Well UK triage assessment service
- 轉介心泉的輔導及治療服務 Refer your child to HK Well UK counselling service as recommended by the assessment
- 提供本地懂粵語之臨床心理學家及治療師之聯絡資料 Provide contacts of Cantonese speaking therapists and psychologists
- 提供特殊教育需要（SEN）支援資訊 Provide information on special education needs (SEN) support

提供下列資料 The application will ask for the following information:
- 你的居住地區 The area you are living in
- 子女的基本資料(包括年齡、性別、就讀年級等) Basic information of your child (Age, Gender and School Year
- 子女令你擔心的行為/情緒表現是什麼 What is the concerns shown by child?
- 子女來英前後的行為/情緒表現有何差別 How has the child’s behaviour or emotions changed since coming to uk?
- 子女現時與家人的關係如何? (包括與英國/香港家人的關係) How is the child’s relationship with family including those in the UK and HK?
- 子女現時在英國學校適應情況如何? How is the child doing in school?
- 子女現時的社交生活情況如何?(包括與英國/香港朋友的關係) How’s the child’s social situation?
- 家長/子女曾否向學校/家庭醫生(GP)/居住地區政府部門/社會服務機構求助，當中情況如何 Has your child ever sought help from school/family doctor/government doctor/social services?
- 家長期望得到心泉或心泉以外的哪些服務How do parents want HK Well UK to help?
- 子女是否有特殊教育需要(SEN)，如自閉症、學習困難等 Is your child of special education needs eg autism？
在收到表格後，我們的工作人員會儘快聯絡申請人。Upon receiving the application, our team will contact the applicant as soon as possible.
